We invite you to browse our website for information on robotic models, purchase and deployment process, pricing, service and more. Consult this FAQ for more specific questions, and contact us via email, chat or phone if you don't find your answers here.
We have a survey to verify suitability of any space for robot deployment. We invite you to self-evaluate your premises here.
Yes, all robots come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty for parts, so if repairs are needed you only cover labor costs. We strongly recommend obtaining manufacturer-provided extended warranty when you purchase your robot from us. Flexible choice of 1-4 additional warranty years is available, for current pricing on extended warranty please visit Pricing.
Our robots are highly reliable machines, but machines they still are, and do need professional attention once in a while.
If your robot is experiencing technical issues, we are here to help. Reach out and we will evaluate the issue and give you a quote based on the hourly estimate of work involved. If a part needs to be replaced we will take care of getting it from the manufacturer (we strongly recommend purchasing extended warranty for your robot as the cost of parts and shipping costs are becoming unpredictable lately).
We're also offering a Premium Service subscription for a modest monthly fee, which includes quarterly service and deep cleanup, a 48 hour service guarantee, and all the labor to cover any work your bot requires. For the current pricing of our Premium Service visit Pricing.
Not a problem. Let's assume table T2 is moved towards table T1 to combine them together. In this case T1 will be used as the table on the check, as well as the one your servers would dispatch the robot to. T2 will be ignored until it is moved back to its original location.
As long as tables return to their original location at the end of this dining session, robots would know how to find them.
It is a common problem at many restaurants we work with. To solve it, we can create several maps and store them on each robot for future use.
This solution requires some coordination and discipline, as your staff needs to make sure tables are always rearranged to match one of the stored maps, and robots are reconfigured to use the map that matches current table arrangement (this is easily done via robot settings).
We will train your staff to handle map changes, and we use markers on the floor to indicate table location for different setups.
Keep in mind: creating new maps does require some time and effort, so we offer this as a paid service. See our Pricing page for current pricing and additional details.
Counter service restaurants that offer food delivery to the table could benefit from service robots, but there is a caveat.
Since robots need to know where to deliver the food they require a static map of tables. To solve this problem we offer a plan to convert your counter service concept to what we call a table-side self-service, by using XcuseMe App in combination with our service robots. Contact us to learn more and discuss with our representative if this solution would work for your counter service restaurant.
Yes, we do. In the unfortunate event of your business closing its doors, or for any other reason you no longer want the robot, we will always make you an offer to buy it back. The offer will be based on the condition of the robot, time it was used, and current market conditions.
Absolutely! Pudu robots are used in hospitals, retail environments, hotels and office buildings, elderly care facilities, schools & kindergartens, and more, as well as wide variety of restaurants from high end to fast food. They could work for casinos, clubs, bowling alleys, arcades and more. Contact us to discuss if your establishment can benefit from adding an intelligent robotic assistant to your team.
