Own a robot for as little as $20 a day!

If the suitability test was passed and you are ready to start using the robot, we will schedule an installation & mapping appointment. This should be done after business hours, and takes about 2 to 5 hours, depending on square footage and number of robots being deployed.   

We charge a one-time non-refundable installation fee per every new installation and per each additional robot deployed. The fee depends on the actual number of tables to be mapped, and ranges between $299 to $1,199. This includes one robot, for each additional robot the installation fee is $149.   

Our representatives will let you know what the installation & mapping fee will be after we inspect your premises.

All our robots come with a free Standard Service, and we will gladly assist you with all service and maintenance needs on a per-need basis. We provide free service over phone and chat, and for any on-site maintenance, remapping or repairs we will quote you based on estimated hours at our current service rates.  

To keep your cost under control and your robots healthy and happy, we recommend our Premium Service option. For a quarterly payment of just $399 per location and one robot plus $49 for each additional robot you get all of the following:    

• Priority in all maintenance and service requests   
• Quarterly on-site inspection and deep cleaning   
• Unlimited labor for repairs   
• Unlimited assistance with advertising media setup (for KettyBots)  
• Additional mapping and remapping at no charge*  
• A replacement robot for the duration of repairs**

All our robots come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty for parts, so if repairs are needed you only cover labor costs (see Service Options for more information).   

We strongly recommend obtaining manufacturer-provided extended warranty when you purchase your robot from us. Flexible choice of 1-4 additional warranty years is available. Make sure to inquire with our team to learn about current prices on extended warranty for your robot's model.

Is it worth it?  

Extended warranty will give you a peace of mind. We estimate the useful life of a typical robot is up to 5 years before major repairs are needed, and in that span of years you might have to pay for replacements of such parts as battery, motor, sensors, wheels, chargers, parts of the exterior shell, etc. To better understand the potential costs involved, a replacement battery  would cost today between $400 and $700.
